Customers who have passed more than 7 days from the account start date will not be refunded. However, they can transfer their accounts and this responsibility is entirely their own.
Since domain name registrations are registered completely online through our company in line with the norms determined by ICAN and Tubitak (with .tr extension), returns are not accepted. As of the registration period, the domain name you registered belongs to your organization or your person and is mediated by our company and all technical support is provided to you. You have the right to transfer the management provided by us to a different service provider at your request.
In accordance with the norms determined by domain name registrations ICAN and TÜBİTAK (with .tr extension), there is no right to return customer-specific design, software, development services and advertising works. DEVNANOTEK makes the necessary explanation about these services to the customer and within the scope of this explanation, the works are structured specifically for the person/institution.
For the return process, customers are required to notify these requests in writing together with their user information. In addition, the refund of the fee; When the service is received by us, if it is made by Wire Transfer / EFT, it will be made to the bank account number where the Wire Transfer / EFT is made, and if it is done with a credit card, it will be made by the credit card method. In order to be able to request a refund, hosting customers must not have a request with the service provider during this period. For example, after services such as (transportation, special definitions) are made, refunds cannot be made. Services that require installation, such as virtual servers or leased servers, are non-refundable.
